The full three-stage journey (Foundational, Authority, and Growth) built for a fractional CFO firm serving Series A and B startups.
Mohamed Hachicha had deep CFO expertise and real client results, but the market couldn't tell.
Crown Acquisition Group was a young fractional CFO practice serving Series A and B startups. Mohamed had 20+ years in finance, strong relationships, and a track record of results, but almost no public visibility. The firm ran on a GoDaddy site, stock puzzle-piece branding, and a long domain. There was no content presence and no system for turning expertise into opportunities.
Referrals came, but they came slowly and unpredictably. The firm was invisible to the people who needed it most. Mohamed's skill was never in doubt. The open question was whether anyone outside his existing network could find out.
Same person. Different infrastructure.

Build the base.
Months 1–4. Install clarity, expression, and the assets that make the firm credible on first contact.
What we built
- 01Name simplification & brand identityCrown Acquisition Group became Crown in the market, and the domain moved from crownacquisitiongroup.com to crownag.com. Then the visual identity: logo, color palette, typography, and brand guidelines.
- 02Website & positioningBuilt a full website that communicates who Crown is for, what they do differently, and why it matters. Designed to convert, to be found, and to be useful to the founders who land on it.
- 03Sales collateralService one-pagers, proposal templates, and presentation materials, so every client conversation starts with Crown already looking established.
- 04Content foundationEstablished LinkedIn content strategy, profile optimization, and the initial content cadence to begin building visibility.
Build the engine.
Months 5–8. With the base solid, we turned attention into relationships and relationships into pipeline.
What we built
- 01Content & LinkedIn engineScaled from occasional posts to a consistent publishing cadence, with thought leadership content that demonstrated CFO expertise to the right audience.
- 02CRM & outreach systemA CRM that tracks every prospect and referral partner, plus outreach campaigns built on clear ideal-client messaging.
- 03Networking & partnership strategyStrategic outreach to complementary service providers, creating referral relationships that compound over time.
- 04Branded reporting systemCustom-branded client reporting templates that reinforce the Crown brand with every deliverable, turning existing client work into a marketing asset.
Run the system.
Months 9–12+. All five layers active, with paid and outbound channels on top. Everything gets reviewed and tuned every quarter.
What we built
- 01LinkedIn Ads & outreach campaignsPaid LinkedIn campaigns and structured outreach that put Crown in front of founders beyond Mohamed's network.
- 02Events & partnershipsSupport for the Crown Paddle Invitational and named referral partnerships announced publicly, so Crown shows up inside the startup ecosystem it serves.
- 03Client portal & reporting automationsA custom client portal and automated reporting that make Crown's delivery visible to every client, every month.
- 04Quarterly repositioningEvery quarter, we review what's working, cut what isn't, and adjust the infrastructure to match where the firm is heading next.
12 months of LinkedIn data
Screenshots from LinkedIn analytics. 87% of impressions came from outside Mohamed's existing network, so the content is reaching people who didn't know him yet.
A consistent executive presence, named partnerships announced in public, and a clear sellable position, turning quiet expertise into visible authority.

"Working with Eduardo gave us clarity on who our ideal client is and how to talk to them. He built our positioning, our CRM, and the outreach behind it. He thinks like a strategist, not a vendor, and at this point he's part of our team."
